If you cancel your registration with the payment for City Logistics 2023:
By 30th April 2023: We will refund you 90% of your payment,
By 31st May 2023: We will refund you 50% of your payment,
After 1st June 2023: We will not refund you your payment.
If you cancel the registration, your full paper will not be included in the proceedings of conference.
If you register and pay for the in-person conference and notify us that you want to change to the on-line conference:
By 30th April 2023: we will refund 90% of the difference in the registration fees for in-person and on-line conference,
By 31st May 2023: we will refund 50% of the difference in the registration fees for in-person and on-line conference,
After 1st June 2023:we will not refund you the difference in the registration fees for in-person and on-line conference.
All the refunding can be given with the subtraction of a money transfer charge by credit card or bank transfer.
Regarding publishing proceedings after the conference, we plan to publish “Transportation Research Procedia” by Elsevier as well as a special issue in an international journal. We will announce the details in due course.
