Guideline for presentation (CITY LOGISTICS 2017)

 

  1. Time

You will have 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion (total 25 minutes).

 

  1. Language

Official language at the conference meeting is English. Please make presentation in English and prepare all the slides clearly written in English.

 

  1. Projectors

We will provide a computer projector. A personal computer with Windows 10 and Microsoft Power Point 2013 or 2016 will only be available for computer presentation. If you use Microsoft Power Point, you should bring your file by USB memory.

 

If you plan to use the computer system, please hand in your USB memory to the secretariat at time of registration, 4:00-5:00 pm on 13th June 2017 at the lobby of JW Marriott Phuket Resort and Spa Hotel and 8:00-9:00 am on 14th June 2017 at the foyer of the conference room (Maikhao Ballroom). You are kindly requested to prepare and check if it works well during the coffee or lunch break immediately before your presentation.

 

  1. Meeting room

The size of the meeting room where we will have the conference meeting is about 240 m2 (Salon C of Maikhao Ballroom) and 180 m2 (Salon A of Maikhao Ballroom). The meeting room is located within JW Marriott Phuket Resort and Spa Hotel. The audience will be 40-50 persons at each meeting room. We will have two parallel sessions. Microphones will be available.

 

  1. Proceedings

A preprint of proceedings of the papers presented at the conference meeting in USB memory will be available at time of registration. The final proceedings will be published after the conference as a hardcopy book by Wiley-ISTE publisher.
